Responsibilities & Context
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objective and philosophy and ensure their implementation.
- Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
- Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.
- Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
- Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
- Strong capability to hiring worker instantly.
- Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
- Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified. Conduct interviews and selection process.
- Providing advice and council employee for motivation. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
- Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
- Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.
- Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement employee training programs.
- Identify and implement cost-effective HR practices.
- Prepare employee transfer, increment, promotion, and release letters.
- Coordinate with other departments on HR-related activities.
- Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments.
- To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company’s human resources.
- To implement other HR and administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
