Additional Requirements

Must know, read and write in English

Must know how to use Computer and Excel

Work hard and fast learner

Your duty is to make voice messages and tele sales by calling customer to close the sales

You have to make 300 calls to customers in a day

The total talking duration must be 5 hours above

One of your responsibility is to get the phone numbers from the customers in Live chats

You must then proceed to make calls to the customers

Responsibilities & Context

Workable on 10 Hours shifting 11am – 09pm

Able to start work Immediately

Receiving phone calls from patients

Answer phone call and social media queries in a polite and professional manner

Reply messenger, WhatsApp messages and input patient data to the CRM Software

Schedule appointments for patients to appointment booking software

Providing accurate and helpful information to clients regarding services offered

Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority
