- Supporting recruitment through posting vacancies and managing responses to speculative candidates
- Prepare employee’s monthly salary, yearly promotion and final settlement
- Performs various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size
- Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
- Manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and cubicles
- Monitor disciplinary actions, employee grievances and conflicts are handled as per labour law to ensure regulatory requirements are up to date prepare duty roster of the staff
