Mamex Group is looking for experienced & enthusiastic individual for our customer service/support section.
Job Responsibilities:
Phone Call Management:
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Use strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to address customer inquiries.
Sales Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate sales leads through effective communication and
Engagement with customers.
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions and achieve satisfaction.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Information Accuracy:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Complaint Handling:
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
Adherence to Procedures:
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service quality.

- Take extra steps to engage customers and enhance their overall experience.

- Perform daily digital marketing tasks, including updating promotions and creating visual graphics flyers.

Computer Skills:
