Additional Requirements

Previous experience in patient appointment maintenance and calling service centers in domestic and foreign hospitals/nursing homes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English Speaking & Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with foreign hospitals.
Provide patients support with appointment bookings, accommodation booking on medical tourism options, including available treatments, international hospitals, and destinations in countries like India, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Must have experience with contacting international hospitals and patient referral system.
Offer personalized support to patients throughout the medical tourism and referral process by Calling & WhatsApp.
Maintain patients payment invoices & commission calculation for each month.
