Experience:

  • Proven track record of at least 18 years and 10 years in leading the Sales verticals of top-tier real estate organizations in Bangladesh.
  • Strong demonstrable experience in planning and executing sales strategies and managing large teams simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience in conducting market research, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring ROI’s in the sales vertical.
  • Experience in implementing KPIs to measure overall sales performance in close collaboration with the marketing and commercial wing of the organization.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Title: Head of Sales

Department: Sales

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Organization: Large Real Estate Company

Job Purpose:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales operations of the omni-channel sales teams across the local and international markets. In close collaboration with the SVP SS, develop the sales strategies, plans, and lead generation tactics to ensure conversion. The main area of focus will be to ensure that the sales targets are being met through executing lead optimization techniques and sales performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities:

  • Jointly develop with SVP SS and implement comprehensive sales planning and forecasting to meet or exceed targeted revenue goals across omni-sales channels and customer segments.
  • Jointly develop with SVP SS sales goals, objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), and omni-sales channels for the team to achieve the Sales Plan by designing and driving the process of lead conversion technique from MQL to SQL through proper funnel progression techniques starting from awareness, interest, intent, consideration, evaluation, action and referral.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Sales Force and foster a culture of high performance.
  • Monitor the performance of the lead scoring and nurturing efforts and adjust the strategies based on data insights and feedback from Sales SS and marketing teams.
  • Widen sales pipeline for the organization, secure ample quality Sales Leads, and make certain that traction is gained in the sales process.
  • Be hyper-focused on day-to-day sales operations in the fields of lead optimization and sales funnel progression.
  • Achieve the KPIs and KRAs that drive new sales motions, investments, programs, and customer offerings.
  • Jointly develop a high-performing Sales team by hiring diverse talents, providing training, and enabling them to deliver the assigned sales target.
  • Ensure the team is capable of creating a product presence and accelerating consumer decision-making and sales conversion, eventually maximizing revenue growth and profit.
  • Co-develop with SVP S and manage key Stakeholder relationships through credible, actionable plans and achieve business output accordingly.
  • Design pipeline reports and submit monthly/quarterly/bi-annual and annual reports to the Senior Leadership Team and the CEO.
  • Ensure the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) has visibility and can measure the performance of the business aligned with business objectives and priorities.
