Responsibilities & Context
- Communicate with customer for their spare parts inquiries.
- Work to get the order against the submitted quotation/offer.
- Work to get financial stability against the supplied spares and payments.
- Provide instant feedback to both the client and concerned authority.
- Communicate with the service team regarding spare parts business generation and recommendation.
- Visit customer office and site to improve parts business, get orders, etc.
- Do the documentation for the spare parts invoice / challan on the respected customer file with submission and follow-up.
- Work together with spare parts team for overall spares business operation.
- Willing to travel anytime and anywhere if required within Bangladesh.
- Ready to go for training, workshop, seminar out of the country.
