Responsibilities & Context
• Complete Work plan for Electrical and Maintenance, Development work and supervise all electrical installation work, Electrical schedule maintenance work to keep proper records.
• Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.
• Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
• Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of Laundry wet process machines, Dryer, and Hydro extractor.
• Maintenance of Boiler, Compressor, and All types of Generators Set.
• Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine
• Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT&HT), and other areas of the plant to minimize consumption.
• Preparing schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
• To identify problems of plant equipment and convey to maintenance team to solve the problem
• Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance as well as to follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
• Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to the management.
