Responsibilities & Context
- Deal with client inquiries, prepare quotations
- Communicate with clients to provide travel services
- Respond to clients via online & offline channels
- Create travel itineraries with flights, hotels, tours & other travel services
- Book flights, hotels & tour packages using different online/offline platforms
- Book flights, hotels & sell tour packages OR consult with clients for visa, do visa processing
- Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
- Manage all online/offline channels of marketing & communication
- Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries Keep up to date with tourism destination knowledge
- GDS skills will be extra advantage
- Other related tasks assigned by admin
