We are seeking a compatible Senior Executive/Executive, (IE) RMG who will work for our Knit Garment factory Knit Asia Limited at Ashulia, and who meets the following Criteria:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze capacity with Planning Department & check capacity distribution.
- Ensure effective implementation of 5s & adopt new system as required.
- Conduct risk proper analysis for each & every style& identify the feasible product.
- Conduct statistical analysis to get the efficiency level & capacity utilization.
- Initiative to reduce wastage & ensure maximum profit.
- Improved productivity of 10 %, as a result CPM decrease 22%
- Increase cut to ship ratio. (2 % increased)
- Reduce wastage 0.5% by improving 5S system.
- Reduced SMV 15 % by line balancing, process development & developing workers skill.
- Increased excess shipment 1.5% more by reducing sewing reject.
- Established 0 output gap through advance effective line planning.
- Calculate the line efficiency and submit report in a periodical order.
- Identify the bottleneck in production line & take necessary steps to solve it.
- Daily overtime (OT) monitoring and controlling.
- Make & calculation none productive time (NPT) report weekly.
- Style analysis & new method development.
- Implementing standard operation procedure (SOP).
