Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Planning:

  • Developing and communicating a clear vision and strategic plan for the organization
  • Collaborating with the CEO and other HoD’s to set long-term goals and objectives
  • Leading the annual strategic planning process, including the development of strategic initiatives and business plans

    Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence

    Innovation and Growth:

  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
  • Developing strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s product or service offerings

    Performance Management:

  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
  • Monitoring and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives
  • Adjusting strategies and plans based on performance data and changing market conditions

    Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicating the company’s strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, and partners
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums

    Leadership and Team Management:

  • Leading and managing the strategy team, providing direction, mentorship, and support
  • Collaborating with department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages diverse perspectives
