Responsibilities & Context

• Establish a clear product vision and strategic roadmap to guide development and growth.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Ensure the product strategy supports overarching business objectives and goals.
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and deliver the product.
• Use customer feedback, market demand, and business priorities to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development.
• Gather requirements and feedback from key stakeholders, including alumni associations and internal teams.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the product vision, roadmap, and development progress to maintain alignment and support.
• Partner with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience, ensuring high standards of usability and accessibility.
