Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

The Executive/Senior Executive HR & Admin will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will involve handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and general administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and proper integration into the company culture.

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and maintaining good employee relations.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating review meetings and providing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and guidance to improve productivity and efficiency.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Employee Engagement:

  • Planned and executed employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and foster team spirit.
  • Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
