Additional Requirements
Experience in infrastructure development projects.
Highly self-motivated with demonstrated ability to be proactive.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Good knowledge of national legislation and policies specifically relevant to land acquisition, resettlement, and labour rights.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, high pressured, and diverse work environment with many deadlines both as a member of a team and autonomously.
Should have proven ability to manage large amount of data and be analytical with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities & Context
Conduct literature review
Prepare social baseline
Conduct stakeholder consultations (FGD, KII, IDI) and other qualitative sessions
Conduct census, socio-economic and other relevant surveys
Coordinate field data collection, data management and analysis
Report writing
Attend client meetings
Support for Preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) and Project Proposal (PP) for National and International projects
Communication with International and local consultants/ experts and firms. Willing to participate in frequent field visits.
