- At least 20 years (Minimum 15 years with woven garment factory experience).
- Capable to run a Factory individually.
- Computer & English literacy is must.
- Have the confidence to handle a 20 lines woven factory.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and manage the entire production operations in the woven garments’ unit.
- Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet company goals.
- Ensure proper manpower, machines, and materials to achieve higher productivity.
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to enhance production efficiency.
- Establish and enforce quality standards across all production processes.
- Lead and mentor the production management team and staff.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
- Oversee the production budget and manage production costs effectively.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
- Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely material availability.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in production processes.
- Any other task assigned by management.
