  • Advance EXCEL, MS word, Outlook.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Compensation and benefit management: Supervise preparation of monthly payroll sheet, disbursement of medical reimbursement & mobile allowance.
  • Process job separation (Exit interview, Clearance, Final settlement).
  • Assist line manager in disciplinary action management and grievance handling.Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Arrange training according to TNA.
  • Motivate employees to adapt company policies and practices by mentoring, counseling and coaching.
  • Assist the line manager in policy formulation.Process the annual performance appraisal.
  • Supervise maintenance and update of HRIS & personal file.
  • Guide subordinate in managing leave and attendance (maintain leave files, updating and sending attendance report).
  • Assist to develop SOP as per needed.
