Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze the efficiency of current production processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
- Monitor production progress and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize resource utilization, including associates, machinery, and materials.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
