Must have sound knowledge of fabrics & accessories.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
Ability to work under pressure.

Design Layout of equipment, materials and workspace using IE methods.
Analyzing the SMV and Productivity details for all styles. Save SMV by introducing new methods/tools.
Analyze the risk factor of an order & make a sustainable solution.
Check Marker Consumption and fabric Consumption before bulk cutting.
Conduct capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study and maintain skill matrix.
Update skill inventory regular basis.
Daily Cutting & Input Target -Achievement. must monitor hourly and shift-wise production.
Find Non-productive Time in production, plan to reduce it and report to higher authority.
Prepare Daily Cutting Efficiency Reports and Monthly reports to the management about cutting efficiency percentage and variance analysis.
Prepare performance appraisal reports for the workers & cutting staff, and set policies to evaluate them.
Conduct training schemes to develop new workers or increase the efficiency of the relatively low-efficient operator.
Give worker and machine requirements/budget if necessary.
Man-machine management & Setup of standard MMR control.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
