Requirements

- Must have sound knowledge of fabrics & accessories.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze the bulletin SMV & prepare paper Layouts, and identify critical operations and special machines/attachments.
- Layout the machine by maintaining a proper sequence of operation to ensure the best workflow.
- Conduct capacity study, method study, production study, and Time Study.
- Work Closely with the QCO/SMED team and also implement 7S.
- Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Process (WIP) and control in the sewing-finishing section.
- Finishing capacity study and manpower allocation depending on the style and priority of the order delivery.
- Daily Sewing & finishing manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
- Daily Sewing & finishing Target -Achievement. Have to monitor hourly and shift-wise production.
- Analyze the bottleneck process and solve it.
- Calculate Non-productive Time and reduce non-value-added activities.
- Follow up the production processes-wise achievement and take necessary action for achieving quality goods.
- Update skill inventory regularly.
- Ensure the process flows through the proper bundling system.
- Planning and follow-up conduct training scheme to develop new operators or to increase the efficiency of the relatively low efficient operator.
- Prepare performance appraisal reports for the operator, set the policy to evaluate them and give reports.
- Give worker and machine requirements/budget if necessary.
- Man-machine management & Setup of standard MMR control.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
