English fluency required, self-motivated, self-directed, proactive, solutions-driven change agent.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories
Management skills, and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, from the production floor to the executive suite, in the company and customer organizations.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations;
Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets;
Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment;
Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking and delivery;
Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking;
Coordinate order placement process;
Work with internal department to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods;
Troubleshooting and provide solutions to the team upon critical issues;
Any other task assigned by Management.
