Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Manager to join our team! We offer competitive wages and great benefits.

You will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the two Shift embroidery department and executing the daily production plan of 10 (Ten) Embroidery machines.

• Supervise team of workers.
• Check programming is correct before each new run.
• Help train and evaluate employees.
• Follow quality standards and check quality of embroidery on produced pieces.
• Track daily output.
• Report safety issues and policy violations to management.
• Keeps routine maintenance protocols and reports malfunction machines.
• Update production logs in computer systems.
• Read work orders & basic computer entry.
