Responsibilities & Context
Collect demand sheet and create order wise total purchase requisition
Checking with admin and strore dept. to collect required items/products available stock in hand.
Check and verify the necessary items cost and quality with different suppliers.
Collect quotation from different suppliers.
Prepare suppliers agreement and check with dept. head for its approval process.
Choose effective suppliers based on quality, price and delivery lead time.
Negotiate price with different supplier.
Making comparison statement for getting price approval from the board of directors.
Act for purchasing all the required items within the timeline.
Create PO in ERP sheet and share with supplier.
Need to collect PI from supplier.
Dealing with accounts to release payment of suppliers.
After every 3 months verification of regular items market price.
In every 3/6 months price quotations should be updated with latest price.
Others purchase related activities in completing the SOP of procurement.
