Staff management & roster monitoring. Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance.
Making Purchase indent to fill medicine requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including prescription logs, inventory records, and regulatory documentation.
Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to medication dispensing and storage.
Urgent local purchase of medicine by informing purchasing dept.
Identify & solve wrong indent
Regular spot inventory checking
Making round with Chief of Clinical Development & Governance to solve various problems on spot
Playing an important role in the skill development & training for new pharmacy staff & nurses
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
