o Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business, a master is preferred
o At least 10 years of experience in brand management with a strong background in marketing
o Possess strong leadership skills and have experience in team management
o Previous experience in the beauty/luxury/FMCG industries is an advantage

o A team player with a positive attitude
o Highly organized with strong ability to multi-task and be hands-on
o Problem solving, efficient time management skills and able to work independently
o Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetics

o Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Responsibilities & Context
Manage the whole Marketing team including Brand, Visual Merchandising, Training and Team
o Manage the team on a daily basis including follow up on their attendance, delays, leaves. Oversee the projects, ensure deliverables are done on time and in effective manner, implement new working process for improvement and identify ways to enhance team’s efficiency.
o Stay aligned on day-to-day tasks of all teams and set weekly priorities and KPIs through weekly team meetings, work hand in hands with every team members, review all the deliverables in details.
o Provide guidance, constructive support and feedback to the team members and lead and coordinate the marketing meetings
o Represent the marketing team and coordinate the work with the other departments, ensure teams’ smooth communication and good working relationships with the others.
o Responsible to recruit the right people to fit with the roles and the marketing team, evaluate the work from the team members, make them grow and identify the talents to retain in the marketing team.
o Manage the yearly marketing budget, Oversee the organization and implementation of the brand trainings In-store, in the training center and online.
o Responsible for the implementation of the new corporate training program (all categories) including the design of the training content and the roll out of the trainings, manage and follow up the training plans with the team
o Participate in designing upcoming masterclass content (make up/skincare). Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness (at both brands and corporate level), participate in the trainings, evaluate the trainer performance (feedback forms) and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
o Come up with new ideas and design tools to keep the training interactive and engaging (video/quiz/activity etc.)
o Ensure the knowledge and expertise of the training members are up to date, in line with the brands standards and on constant progress of content creation
o Define n e w & interesting ways to assess/follow-up on BAs (Coaching) in terms of performance (design some tracking forms including BAs follow up forms), effectiveness of trainings, what they require for improvement and how to motivate them to ensure employment retention.)
o Define training menus and programs for the whole workforce (2023 objectives). Ensure the marketing calendars (agreed with the brands) are well executed locally.
o Work in collaboration with the brand managers to design powerful 360 launch plans and comprehensive marketing reports, to grow brand awareness, brand engagement and sales in Bangladesh.
o Supervise the design of the brands presentations, planning events, workshops and ensure the quality of the content (launch analysis, feedback to the brands…).
o Oversee the implementation of the marketing activities including PR, CRM, instore activities, event, digital (Insta, Facebook, Website contents), KOL collaborations, Tiktok, check they are executed on time, at effective cost and perfectly in line with the guidelines.
o Responsible for the yearly brand marketing budget including overseeing, checking and approving marketing expenses.
o Elevate the execution of the local events and assess the workload and balance of brand management between the brand Managers and co-ordinate brand breakdown as the team grows.
o Oversee the brand activations (outposts/window, In-Mall, event and training set up…), ensure quality implementation, maintenance and execution in line with the guidelines and at lower cost
o Improve the process to ensure work efficiency (management of the VM pictures).
o Supervise the building of all permanent VM in the Team stores including the personalized brand backwalls, pillars, niche area work, gift sections, specials, hot picks, fragrance lover’s sections…
o Elevate VM excellence in the Team stores, propose new VM program and retailtainement to elevate the shopping experience
o Oversee the building and renovation of Team stores with the permanent VM team
o Lead in conceptualization, planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns for Team (can include selection of models/ambassadors, shooting, coordination with the designers) until the implementation of the campaign offline and online
o Define and implement the yearly Team marketing plans by category (beauty/toys). Plan and execute the promotional programs (samples/discount/GWP…), coordinate with the relevant logistic and operations teams. Develop the Team corporate materials (shopping bags, uniforms, wrapping papers, invitation cards…)
o Analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns and define appropriate KPI. Implement the new Team customer loyalty program and sampling program. Design and implement strong in-store events and PR activities to develop Team awareness
o Create content for Team blog and press releases. Responsible for media planning: selection of platforms & target publications, leverage media buys, negotiation of rates & positioning
o Initiate some KOL collaboration to develop Team image and awareness: selection of KOL profile in line with Team brand identity, development of brand content and specific campaign
o Follow up the Team community management with the communication agency. Responsible for the Team social media accounts, participate in the edition and writing of the corporate marketing material (LinkedIn account/PR release/ video content creation…)
o Responsible for the Team yearly marketing budget and organize quarterly market overview meetings with the Singapore team to share best practices and ideas that can be incorporated into brand activation and Team’s activities
o Create with the in-house photographer new corporate pictures for marketing purpose (internal marketing deck and digital use). Oversee and follow up the creation of the corporate Team goodies.
