Summary

Primary Responsibility:

Ensure that UIpath automations function effectively, with as few exceptions as possible
Become an expert in our existing UIpath automation, which uses an Android application and a Citrix Viewer application
Make recommendations for improvements in efficiency and stability
Maintain existing UIpath automation, making updates as needed
Monitor the RPA tool for errors/exceptions; diagnose, triage, and fix issues with our existing UIpath automation with the goal of reducing the overall number of exceptions encountered by the tool
Work with the product team to develop specifications for, develop, and deploy new automations
Manage UIpath subscription and platform If the role expands beyond the capacity of a single developer, ensure the onboarding and training of additional develops to help with the above
Requirements:
Extensive experience (5+ years) in RPA development and UiPath
Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex web applications in a fast-paced environment
Strong architectural skills and ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable systems
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills
