Responsibilities & Context
- Systemically drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channels to sell our rice products.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule of the assigned territory.
- Actively explore the Distributors, Retail & Wholesale market of commodity products and onboard in the territory.
- Ensure services and retention of the channel onboarded.
- Ensure the growth of sales and capture the market.
- Lead sales team with regular monitoring, follow-up, and cross-checking of the sales target.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and LM for optimal availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
