Additional Requirements

Lead the product development process for new hygiene products, ensure timely and efficient execution from concept to final production
Collaborate with manufacturing and marketing teams to create innovative and market relevant products
Oversee the product development on regular basis to track progress
Identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure that all products meet the Company’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and standards
Work with the quality control team to conduct testing and validation of new products
Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during product development
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or performance and implement within time frame
Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed
Maintain comprehensive documentation of the product development process, including specifications, test results and development updates
Evaluate and select new suppliers of raw material & packaging materials as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs by adapting new technology
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
