Responsibilities & Context
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered by comparing it to source documents.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information.
- Manage and organize files, ensuring data is easily accessible and well-organized.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
- Perform routine data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data inconsistencies.
- Follow company data entry procedures and protocols.
- Meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines.
