Requirements

Education

  • B.Sc In EEE or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. Any Reputed Public or Private University.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Medical Equipment, Healthcare Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required to meet clients and manage sales activities.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales and business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the public procurement sector.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
  • Government Procurement:
    • Manage all aspects of the government procurement process for medical equipment.
    • Prepare and submit tender documents in compliance with government regulations and

      requirements.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product positioning and sales strategies.
    • Monitor and report on market developments and competitor activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer dealings, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, other sales teams, and company’s other wings.
    • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights according to company’s rules.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
