Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate development, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor department heads (Sales, Construction, Finance).
- Coordinate with the CEO to set and achieve long-term business goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify and address operational issues and opportunities for i3mprovement.
