Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • The ideal candidate must have a Post Graduate degree from any reputed private/ public university. PGDPM/ PGDHRM will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Sound knowledge in all Microsoft Office application.
  • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have good typing skill in both English & Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare salary & wages, allowances, incentives, OT payment & bonus sheets as per organizational policy using payroll software.
  • Assist the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, allowances, leave encashment, incentives, maternity leave benefit payments, festival bonus and leave encashment, full & final settlement bill preparation, etc.
  • Maintenance of all kinds of HR, Admin-related documents. Assist Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Prepare a draft of all notices, circulars, office orders, offer letters &appointment letters, contract, agreement meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
  • Assist to arrange monthly meetings & training. Cross-check, verify and ensure physical attendance of Personnel.
  • Personal File Management.
  • Attendance data download and process from attendance records.
  • Maintain, update and monitor Leave Record, Daily Attendance, and Employee Database.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal process with updated KPI on regular basis.
  • Assist to Develop Training Need Assessment (TNA) and facilitate all processes for organizing training as required.
  • Maintain manpower status properly to support HR Manager for Recruitment, Selection, and Performance appraisal for management staff consulting with concerned Department Head.
  • Prepare ID cards & visiting cards and issue the same to the employees.
  • Perform reference and background checks.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
