Responsibilities & Context
- Checking and following up on the injection molding machine operation, maintenance & production-related activities.
- Taking responsibility for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all machinery and equipment of the plant for smooth production.
- Diagnosing electro-mechanical faults and plant outages and recommending repairing of equipment to the team accordingly.
- Developing, updating and maintaining the SOP for the operation of all Machinery and equipment.
- Ensuring proper monitoring & following up routine for maximum production.
- Preparing production and raw material reports.
