Responsibilities & Context
Plants staffs, workers attendance, leave records, OT maintains & report generation.
Security & Cleaners attendance and their daily work schedule follow up.
Maintain & update personal files and ensure all personal files has CV with signature, photo, NID Card/Birth Certificate, Educational certificates and necessary relevant documents.
Assist to maintain & update employee database timely.
Workers Salary preparation & A/C update work.
All kind of admin related bill prepare.
Expats cash or cheque carry to the Corporate Office.
Attendance bonus and Intermix allowance prepare.
Physically presents during any kinds of scrap sales to & reports accordingly.
Any other job as and when assigned by your competent authority.
