Responsibilities & Context
- Execute overall HR & Admin, Compliance activities.
- Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are compiled by all supervisors and employees.
- Ensure availability of effective devices/tools to Managers for selection and placement of suitable persons in the job positions to increase job efficiency.
- Develop and implement structured benefits and compensation systems in line of company’s policies and industry practices and ensure compliance within the company.
- Well conversant with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
- Represent the company in all matter of mutual interest with labor unions, Employers’ Association and Govt. agencies responsible for administering matters related to union handling.
- Develop policy guidelines, interpret and ensure implementation concerning to HR, Administration and entire Compliance issues with local laws, regulations and different buyer’s requirements.
- To ensure a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff, and management personnel in the company. Recommend/Approval for confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, discontinuation from service.
- Negotiate and administer the Factories administrative issues with Govt. offices, Local bodies and any other important 3rd parties.
- To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BPGMEA, BSTI, Chamber of Commerce, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office, local influences etc.
- Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures, for example, Code of Conduct, and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes.
- To ensure safety, security & protocol of the Factory, its properties and personnel and control pilferage and wastage of all nature.
- Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
- Planning, control and supervision of all Factory transport management.
- Implementation strong security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
- Any other job as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
