Job Descriptions:

  • Develop business strategies, vision, and plans to achieve organizational growth and profitability.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Retail, SME, and Institutional banking operations.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of bank financials and revenue models.
  • Lead the development and launch of innovative financial products and services to cater to diverse customer segments.
  • Lead and manage diverse business portfolios and marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business analytics and digital marketing, and effectively implement marketing plans.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive operational efficiency.
  • Leverage digital technologies to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively cultivate long-term, profitable customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer payment behavior and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
