  • Some of the skills and competencies required for this position are as follows:
  • Telephoning, data and information collection, typing in Excel and Word, emailing, information/data analysis, presentation, preparation of attendance records of employees, preparation of payroll, communication with banks and other financial institutions, summarizing information/data, preparation of reports overnight, working under high pressure, preparation of biodata for the employees, consolidation of email complaints on daily basis and submission of summarized results, calculating penal deductions for employees on the basis of complaints received, calculating messing deduction from salary.

  • You will be expected to have good emailing and texting skills, as well as good oral and writing skills to communicate with elite clients.
