Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain and update employee information in spreadsheets (Google Drive), ensuring real-time updates for any changes.
- Assist in conducting the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, contacting candidates, managing competitive exams, physical interviews, and overseeing the employee on boarding process
- Manage the attendance system and align OT payment with Swish-Drosophila policy
- Facilitating employee performance assessment cycle, encompassing the annual performance appraisal, probationary period assessment and contract renewal procedures
- Handle day-to-day HR operations along with periodic and special assignments
- Assist in handling disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances, and employee relations issues in compliance with organizations policy and local laws
- Assist in taking initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and advancing organizational objectives
- Drafting meeting minutes, office circular and different employee communications
- Organize different employee engagement events
- Assisting with compliance matters, including labor laws, employment regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR
- Any other activities assigned by the Supervisor
