General Knowledge about Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Video Editing.
Understanding IP Phone system, PA System Also knowledge any Kind of IT equipment.
Experience in ISP/ICT service/MNC/ FMCG Group of companies is preferred.
Good English Communication skills (verbal & written)· CCNA certification will be added advantage·
Must be able to adapt with changes in working hours & working days·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both on a proactive, planned, project basis as well as a crisis/problem recovery situation.
Basic knowledge in Active Directory System, Server, email service, Firewall etc.
Knowledge on LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, L2 & L3 Connectivity, VPN, Tunneling, and Internet connectivity products·
Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels·
Computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, excel, PPT, Visio)Maintain, configure and support network and web servers.

Have Well experience in troubleshooting network-related issues.
Managing overall IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability, and overseeing the daily operations of the IT department.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware or software faults.
Outlook setup and Configuration.
Maintain CCTV security System & Access Control System.
Strong Knowledge of web Application.
Have well Experience in Maintenance or fixing the software issues.
Respond to server monitoring system alerts to evaluate and solve identified problems.
Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks. Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Reporting network operational status and managing projects.
Responsible for managing IT inventory.
