Informatics Systems is a leading IT and software company seeking a Communications and Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports communication strategies and operational functions, facilitating effective collaboration across different departments. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, eager to begin their career in the dynamic technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Support:

  • Assist in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute company communications, including newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and website content.
  • Maintain and update content on company digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate messaging.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from employees and customers to improve communication processes.
  • Organize and support company events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage audiences.

Operational Support:

  • Support daily operations by coordinating different departments’ schedules, meetings, and logistics.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, providing insights into operational performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and office supply management.
  • Support the human resources department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
