- Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience in training and freelancing marketplaces like Fiverr & Upwork will be preferred.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:
Web Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness.
Mentorship & Teaching:
- Mentor and guide students through practical projects and coursework.
- Provide personalized feedback and support to help students overcome technical challenges.
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons and workshops on various web development topics.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
Collaboration & Improvement:
- Work closely with other developers and instructional staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Contribute to the development of new course materials and resources.
