Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure technical/engineering support to customers
- As per company demands, candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
- Capable for fault findings electronics PCB board of VFD/ Inverter, PLC, HMI, SERVO Drive.
- VFD / Inverter, PLC, HMI, Servo Drive & Motor Installation.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
- Maintain service activity records and prepare service reports.
- Respond to service inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Reporting and documentations of all relevant data.
