Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Deputy General Manager of the Marketing & Merchandising Department for Pretty Composite Textiles Ltd.; a sister concern of Pretty Group.

• Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• The Candidate must have sound knowledge of the Knit Industry.
• To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
• To search and develop business with new buyers.
• Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
• Supervised the costing and pricing of the products and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
• Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
• Monitoring the status of approval/per-production/delivery.
• Proper execution of orders according to the planned ‘Time and Action Plan’ regularly to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
• Any other assignment given by the top management.
