Responsibilities & Context
Responsible for:
- Provide health care services to the beneficiaries in the hospital and during health camps.
- Responsible for maintaining patient registers.
- Responsible for the preparation of requisition during the health camp.
- Maintain the medicine stock register of the medical facility.
- Responsible for counseling patients.
- Provider advocacy on family planning services for eligible couplesĀ·
- Plan and organize the training program for the development and enter all family data/smart card IDs of the project.
- Prepare rooms before and after patients, including checking all equipment at the beginning of each day Or Indoor Patient Department
- Interview patients and document basic medical history; enter all data facility/ ID.
- Check patients and fill patient’s charts.
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
- Assist physicians in medical procedures.
- Assist provider in recording prescribed treatments, medications, prescriptions, prior authorization, and procedures within established guidelines.
- Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested by IPD.
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
- Prepare rooms before and after patients, including checking all equipment at the beginning of each day.
- Provide pre-care and post-care treatment instructions as needed;
- All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
