Responsibilities & Context

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
    Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performances in plant Research and Development.
  • Recommend way to reduce cost and oversee manufacturing cost.
  • Supervise the preparation of the manufacture of products in a manner that will guarantee sensible delivery of the freshest bakery products.
  • Directs the way of worker training in the areas of safety, job functions and practices of manufacturing.
  • The bakery production manager constantly observes and analyzes creation and Quality records to certify compliance with Company policies and product specifications.
  • To ensure delivery of all products to be on time, they coordinate with shipping of goods.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff members.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
  • Handle disciplinary actions when necessary, following company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or deficiencies.
