Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.

Experience

  • At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 55 years
  • Retired Armed Forces officer, police Officer, or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Package.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame.
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.
  • Applicants must have good English efficiency.

Responsibilities & Context

Summary: As the Head of HR & Admin at Creative Agency Limited, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization’s culture, managing human resources, and overseeing administrative functions. You will bring discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of duty to this position. You will report directly to the Managing Director and work collaboratively with department heads to ensure the well-being and efficiency of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values. Provide guidance and support to the executive team in areas such as talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Ensure that candidates meet the company’s standards and values.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Identify training needs, develop training programs, and ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage administrative functions, including office facilities, supplies, and equipment. Ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes.
  • Implement security protocols and safety measures to protect employees and company assets.
  • Develop and manage the HR and admin department budget effectively.
  • Administer payroll and benefits.
  • Work with other departments to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
