Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Manage HR administrative functions, including payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, performance appraisals, identifying key performance indicators, reward system, and so on.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and Bangladesh Bank policies and circulars.
- Develop workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
