Education

  • Master’s in any Discipline, preferably HRM, having no third Division/ Class in any level on academic record from any reputed institutions.

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in similar job in any reputed Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Candidates must possess good CGPA;
  • Leadership skills, Analytical ability, Team building skills, Self-starter, Proven performer;
  • Excellent communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills;
  • Strong negotiation, Organizational and Problem solving skills;
  • Must be target oriented with a focus to perform;
  • Team player.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Manage HR administrative functions, including payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, performance appraisals, identifying key performance indicators, reward system, and so on.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and Bangladesh Bank policies and circulars.
  • Develop workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
