Education
- M.Sc in Chemistry.

Responsibilities & Context
- Slider enameling test result monitoring.
- Daily test reporting documentation.
- All kinds of dimension & Performance test of zipper(Daily & Monthly basis).
- Production in process inspection Inquiry investigation.
- Internal claim & Inquiry data analysis.Raw material inspection.
- Work with section to investigate.
- Checking effectiveness of corrective & preventive action section wise.
- EDX operation & test analysis & report.
- Reject analysis in final inspection for all assembly,area In process & Final inspection report.
- Unit weight measurement & record keeping.
- QC training in production floor with training material & take feedback.
- QC measuring equipment & Testing machine calibration.
- Attend QC internal audit with lead auditor & Prepare report.
- Submit Daily QC test Report.
- Any other task assign by the department manager.
