Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company objectives.
- Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, daily attendance, Increment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and job separation process, etc.
- Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.
- Take disciplinary actions and handle complaints & grievances.
- Worker counseling, motivation & support line management for a smooth work process.
- Any other tasks assigned by Management.
