Additional Requirements

All activities related to production line operation (Dal Vaja & Other products).
Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, process monitoring etc.
Monitoring all process to reduce the wastage percentage.
To implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies. i.e GMP, GHP, IOS 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal ect.
Analyze problems associated with the process control, flow, range of the plant/ machinery and take corrective measures.
Monitor production schedules to achieve daily production target to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures.
Monitor production equipment and process, identifying and resolving any problems.
RM & PM Requisition submits to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Communicate effectively with other departments, such as Quality Control, Store and maintenance.
Ensure Finished Goods transfer from production floor to store.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
