Individuals with in-depth knowledge on Lithium-ion batteries and power storage solutions both on-grid and off-grid.
Individuals with detailed knowledge on the inner workings and manufacturing process of solar/hybrid inverters.
Individuals experienced with the technology of solar panels and implications of said technology across Bangladesh.
Individuals with intricate knowledge on the power requirements of all types of households and industries in Bangladesh. (For example: rural areas, urban areas, factory use)

Responsibilities:

Achieves electrical engineering operation by integrating technical expertise on operational objectives and provide strategic recommendations to plans and reviews.
Develop ideas to implement based on operational plans.
Maintain electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance. As well as, scheduling repairs and testing programs for future installations.
Constantly updates job knowledge by staying up to date on current market surveys and remaining up-to-date on codes.
Lead good maintenance team by keeping all production and utility equipment functional.
Must have knowledge on making Bill of Quantities(BOQ), budget analysis and comparisons for electromechanical work items as per requirements.
